Associate Pastor SearchCurrently served by PC(U.S.A.) pastors, one of whom is retiring, we seek an Associate Pastor to begin September, 2008. Along with supporting the Senior Pastor in leading ministry and worship, key areas of responsibility include Pastoral Care (caring ministries within our church family) and Outreach/Mission (ministries of compassion and justice locally, nationally and internationally). The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience; be committed to the ministry of the laity; bring energy and vision to the ministries of caring, compassion and justice; and offer proven leadership in building vital congregational ministries.
