FCC Weekday Preschool is seeking a caring and experienced Preschool Director to lead our beloved early childhood program.
This is a unique opportunity to shape young lives through high-quality, play-based education in a nurturing and inclusive environment. We’re looking for a warm, organized, and visionary leader with a passion for early childhood development.

Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or a related field (master’s preferred)

Minimum of three years’ leadership experience in early childhood education

Knowledge of DCFS licensing and NAEYC accreditation standards

Provide worshipful, professional organ/piano music for all regular, seasonal, and special services

Support regular ensemble and choir rehearsals with high-quality, encouraging accompaniment

Select music appropriate for themes and seasons in collaboration with the Music Ministry Director and team

Contribute support and growth opportunities to the Music Ministry team’s efforts

Provide the Music Ministry Director regular updates detailing the current condition of the organ and piano(s) and specifying necessary maintenance
